Agendas can be easily viewed by attendees during registration and be viewed privately within the live event experience. The schedule of events can be displayed at all times no matter what room or what track your attendees are in–without ever being removed from the experience.
Learn insights through data

Have you ever wondered which session or speaker was the most popular? Or which session got the most interaction and engagement? Agenda data is segmented per session and includes all the activities that are taking place amongst the audience. Building an agenda can be done in a snap and is created within the Welcome platform–no integrations necessary. We all know that live events can sometimes be unpredictable. Speakers could run overtime or just not show. If you find yourself needing to make changes to the run-of-show for whatever reason, producers can change the agenda during the event.
