Can Welcome support event outside of webinars?

Yes, Welcome's webinar software is a flexible out of the box platform that can be used for events outside of webinars, although we are the best fit for frequent recurring webinars such as marketing related webinars, all hands, fireside chats, community events, and more.

What kind of support does Welcome offer?

We have dedicated support team who is always there to help our clients via our support ticket system. In addition, we have a robust knowledge base to help guide you through any questions you may have. If you need to contact support, please submit a ticket through support@experiencewelcome.com and we’ll respond as soon as possible. 

How long does it take to implement Welcome?

Welcome is designed to be a turn-key webinar software solution. Our platform is known for being intuitive and easy to use. Most of our customers are able to get up and running within a day and build their first webinar or event in as little as 15 minutes. How will I be billed for Welcome?

Welcome is an annual subscription paid annually. We offer net 30 payment terms and can accept ACH or credit card payments. To learn more about our annual subscription and pricing, talk to sales.

What happens if I exceed the bounds of my contract (ie attendee limit)?

Here at Welcome we never want to limit our clients from throwing a successful event. We will never bill you for a one time overage, nor will we prevent attendees from joining your webinar or event. However, if we do notice you are habitually exceeding the bounds of your contract, your expansion manager will reach out to right size your contract. How is Welcome different than other webinar platforms?

We understand that you have a lot of choices when it comes to the technology you use for webinars or other recurring events. I’m a customer of Welcome, how do I upgrade my current package or features?

We’re happy to hear that you're enjoying the webinar platform and seeing success! If you need to upgrade your package or have a question about it please contact support@experiencewelcome.com so we can connect you with your renewals and expansion manager.

Can I cancel my subscription for a refund?

Who do you integrate with? And what if I need to integrate with a technology outside of your standard integrations?

We’re happy to hear that you're enjoying the platform and seeing success! If you need to upgrade your package or have a question about it We integrate with Salesforce, Marketo, and Hubspot as our standard integrations. We also leverage webhooks for more custom integrations. If you need an integration outside of those technologies, please contact us and we can connect you with our integration specialists.
